SoulBelly BBQ is a chef-driven BBQ restaurant with Chef Bruce Kalman as the mastermind behind the #jigglymeat. From brisket smoked in front of the restaurant, house-made links, and barrel-aged cocktails to live concerts on their concert stage within the restaurant, this restaurant has changed the BBQ game in Las Vegas.

Roe has supported the restaurant with branding items, such as revamping their logo, creating menus, apparel design, informational collateral & food labels.
